Connie Explores St. John's Wood

Connie went out and about to some nice cafes, pubs and restaurants in St. John’s Wood. Not the most dog friendly place we have explored however we did have a delicious dinner in Soutine so I would beeline for this restaurant if you find yourself in the area.

Orèe Bakery

One of many lovely bakeries in this area but what drew us here was their lovely selection of unique bakes as well as their terrace. Perfect to sit and watch the world go by. We could have sat here all day with a book and their delicious coffee.

The Duke of York

Dogs are allowed in the front area and their outside seating area. It’s a nice place to come for some Sunday lunch. Their have a limited selection of tap beer but a nice selection of cocktails and wines. Worth a visit if you’re in the area

The Windsor Castle

We did have to wander a bit out of St. John’s Wood down to Regents Park but it was worth it! This is a brilliant pub set over several floors who welcomed Connie with cuddles and water. There was an AFL team there while we visited and Connie enjoyed the attention. They have a good selection of tap beer and wines and is a lovely place to spend a few hours

Soutine

A highly recommended restaurant serving delicious French cuisine. Connie was welcomed with a cuddle, water and a biscuit. The food was excellent as was the service. They have a brilliant selection of French wines and they also offer a prix fix menu which is very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back here!
