Connie Explores Soho

Connie has been enjoying the buzz of Covent Garden and Soho in the crisp early spring weather! While not everywhere is dog friendly inside in Covent Gardens there are plenty of places you can sit with your doggy friend outside and soak up the atmosphere!

Lowlander Grand Cafe

Here we have a brilliant Belgian Beer cafe with a huge selection of bottled and tap beers to suit all tastes. Can't decide what you want? No problem! They do a tasting pallet which is carefully selected by staff based on your likes. Accompany this with their delicious moules frites and the world is a happy place. They welcome dogs inside (Connie has been a few times) and are always friendly to your canine companion.

VyTA

There's no better place to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the big city than in Covent Garden. In sunny weather (and even when its not!) its great to sit outside, watch the street artists and the people go by. There are many places to choose from but we went to VyTA and enjoyed their delicious bubbly selection and some sharing plates. The staff were super friendly and Connie got lots of fuss!

Coach & Horses

Coach and Horses is a well known local boozer that prides itself in delivery one of the best pints of Guinness outside Ireland (and it is truly delicious!) They welcome dogs inside and outside but as its an extremely popular place it can get pretty crowded so beware when taking your pal with you that its not too busy and loud for them. Definitely worth a visit but if you are taking your dog I would recommend the quieter hours of the afternoon or midweek.

Le Beaujolais

A fabulous French wine bar which is perfect to start your evening with. The only danger is you may enjoy the wine too much! They serve lovely sharing platters as well as traditional food and you could easily spend an entire evening here enjoying the decor and atmosphere.

L'Escargot

An absolute Soho classic and its not hard to see why! This iconic restaurant serves amazing French cuisine with a warming and friendly atmosphere. I would recommended arriving before your table booking to enjoy their attic bar where they serve delicious cocktails and your pups can mingle (safely and in moderation, of course!). When Connie visited she had a friend to play with while we enjoyed our drinks. In their dining room dogs are also welcome and are kindly requested to be well mannered and on a leash which is very little to ask to enjoy the amazing food and wine selection.
