Connie explores Liverpool Street

We explored some of the lively and funky pubs and bars around Liverpool Street. Sadly some of our planned destinations were closed (Saturday in the city) but where we did go we loved!

Dirty Dicks

202 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 4NR

A fabulous place set over two floors with the pub on the ground and a dining room on the second. Set in an old warehouse this is a great place for lunch or drinks. Connie was treated with cuddles and a bowl of water. I had the root vegetable stew and it was just as hearty as dinner at my granny's.

The Astronomer

125-129 Middlesex St, London E1 7JF

A lively and spacious pub with astronomical decor. A lovely place with a great selection of Belgian beers. Connie was welcomed with cuddles and water. Such friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

Three Tons

36 Jewry St, London EC3N 2ET

What a gem of a find! We were immediately given a warm and friendly welcome and Connie got her cuddles and some water. We were able to watch the rugby on BT sport as an added bonus. This pub was a big hit for us!

Rake's Cafe Bar

40 Liverpool St, London EC2M 7QN

This a a lovely decadent place with a delicious cocktail selection. Its set over a few bar and seating areas and had a great buzz around it. Connie got her cuddles and we sampled some of their original cocktails. Lovely for a treat!
